you can use when citing downloadable audiobooks and eBooks. Examples and diagrams are outlined below using three
different formats: the American Psychological Association (APA) style, the Modern Language Association (MLA)
style, and the Turabian Style. Make sure to confirm which style your teacher and/or school requires before you
begin working on your citation page!

** Please note that the guidelines for citing electronic sources are not yet completely standardized. Detailed
guidelines on documenting online sources are explained in the sixth edition of the MLA Handbook for Writers of
Research Papers (2003), the fifth edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association
(2001) and the sixth edition of Turabian's A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations. Since
there is no official Turabian standard for documenting online sources, the examples above provide only one
possible interpretation. DLR assumes no liability or its accuracy or completeness. This page is meant as a quick
