Your OverDrive downloads are taking off, so it's more important than ever to be prepared. Whatever questions you might have, find the answers you need at OverDrive's Training Month, September 2009. We'll provide an educational and fun program designed to increase staff knowledge and help maximize circulation of your OverDrive download library. Even better, contests and prizes are included.
Sessions will be offered online throughout September with open enrollment for individuals and groups.

Courses are offered Monday through Friday throughout September 2009.

To increase staff knowledge about your OverDrive download service. An excellent opportunity to refresh past training or learn something new!
Courses:
Choose from five courses, plus OverDrive's 2009 Partner Update. Attend any or all.
How:
All sessions will be conducted by one of OverDrive's expert trainers using ReadyTalk, an Internet conferencing service with toll-free dial in. Details will be sent upon registration.

Awards will be made to Library Partners with the most staff participation. To enable every library and consortium to have a chance to win an award, we have created four categories based on library size: Small, Mid-size, Large, and Consortia. The winner in each category will be selected based on number of courses attended and percentage of staff participating.
