We provide expert training, collection development support, and promotional assistance to help you maximize digital circulation.
Staff Training
Your library staff will receive training on all features of your download service to provide staff the knowledge to assist patrons. Training sessions include Collection Checklist, Digital Library 101, Real-time Reports, Patron Assistance, and Community Outreach. Training is conducted using easy web and audio conference tools (toll-free dial-in) and can be recorded for you to share with library staff. |

Promotional Support
Raising awareness of your download service is an important success factor. Your partnership with OverDrive includes promotional and outreach assistance at no additional cost. Our Partner Services Team of account coordinators and graphic designers offer custom print materials (bookmarks, posters, brochures, etc.), web collateral, media outreach assistance, and other ideas for helping you get the word out.
