Compatibility issues for Windows XP SP2 users

The Problem
Windows XP SP2 adds many security restrictions to Internet Explorer, including the disabling of a special protocol that BookWorks Browser utilizes.

The Resolution
Users must enable the use of the "MK protocol" for the BookWorks Browser application. This can be done by following these step:

1. Log into Windows using an account with Administrative privileges.
2. Download the fix below:
• Windows Installer Package (.msi) file (87 KB)
3. Double-click the .msi file. The .msi file will run & correct the problem.
